I was contacted by a home owner in Dorset to remove the stains and grime that had been ground into their carpet over the years.

After vacuuming the carpet to remove any loose dirt and grime, I sprayed the stained areas with a safe stain treatment solution alongside a pre-spray which helps to break down the dirt in the fibres.

Following a deep clean with a low moisture, hot water extraction system, the carpet looked as good as new and the client was overjoyed with the results.
