I was contacted by a client who needed a carpet clean in their 6 bedroom property in Ottery St Mary, near Exeter, to remove the stains and grime that had been ground into their carpet over the years.

After vacuuming the carpet to remove any loose dirt in the carpet, I sprayed the stained areas with a stain treatment solution and a pre-spray which helps to break down the grime and dirt in the fibres of the carpet.

Following a deep clean with a low moisture, hot water extraction system to remove the last of the stains and grime, the carpet looked as good as new and the client was very pleased with the results.
